BreathingAdemhaling

Choose a rhythm and how long you want: 1, 3 or 5 minutes. With Easy you breathe in for 4 counts and out for 6, with Square you breathe in, hold, breathe out and hold again, 4 counts each, and with 4-7-8 you breathe in for 4, hold for 7 and breathe out for 8. The circle grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out, and the text tells you what to do.Kies een ritme en hoe lang je wilt: 1, 3 of 5 minuten.

Prefer not to watch? Turn on a soft sound at each change. If reduced motion is turned on on your phone, you see a calm counter instead of the moving circle. The app remembers your choice and counts how many calm moments you have done. If you feel dizzy, stop and breathe normally. Works offline and without an account.
